Applicant Details Form and Video Instructions

All prospective Board members must submit the following in order to be considered for a position on the TREO Foundation Board of Directors.

1. Contact details form and most up-to-date CV.
2. 2 to 3-minute introductory video. Please use your video to briefly introduce yourself and respond to the following questions:

• Why does TREO’s mission matter to you?
• Are you willing to help with fundraising and introduce TREO to your network?
• What goals do you have for serving on this Board?
• What do you believe you can bring to the TREO Board that does not already exist?

We encourage you to be yourself and use this opportunity to help the Board learn more about your interest in TREO Foundation, your experience, and the perspective you would bring to the organization.

Your video will be presented to the current Board of Directors during an upcoming Board meeting. Following the review of applicant materials and videos, the Board will conduct a vote. Applicants will be contacted following the Board’s decision.
